Class Details

Group Mat Classes

General/Improver: Suitable for clients of all ages and abilities, including those with minor injuries. Options will always be given, and you will be encouraged to work with your body and choose the level most suitable to you.

Intermediate: Suitable for clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates principles, are injury free and ready for a more challenging class.

 

General level: Suitable for all levels, including those with minor injuries. Classes focus on developing clarity and ease of movement with control and alignment. Each session provides a balanced workout for the whole body.

I qualified as a Buff Bones® instructor in 2020. Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health. This workout that can benefit anyone looking to tone up, enhance posture, improve balance, and gain overall strength — and it is also safe for people with osteoporosis and arthritis.

Barre Flow

Combining the technical movement of ballet, with the precision of Pilates.

​

Improve your alignment and flexibility with this energising full body workout.


A class that includes movements using a barre or chair, with some exercises standing away from the barre. 

No experience required. Suitable for everyone without injuries. All you need is a chair, worktop, or breakfast bar for support!

This class is not currently running, but watch this space....!


Additional Classes

There is also the opportunity to join occasional short courses and one-off classes, such as beginner's Pilates courses and classes concentrating on a particular theme or item of equipment, such as the foam roller, for example.
